In 2004 the Old Grammar School and Saracens Head won the BBC2 Restoration competition. This will enable us to save two of our magnificent buildings and ensure they continue to serve the community for future generations. Please enjoy our unique heritage.

Cafe Now Open!
The Tudor Cafe at the Saracen's Head is now open Monday to Saturday 10am until 4pm and Sunday 11am until 3pm.

Tours of The Old Grammar School and the Saracen's Head now take place on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's at 11am and 2pm. Please call 0121 458 1223 to book.
